Launch the program Kleopatra.
If you cannot locate this program, ensure you have Gpg4win installed.
In the top menu, locate
You will then see a page which allows you to Reload your smartcards:
If your Yubikey is plugged into your device and detectable, you should see the following:
In your list of available keys, locate the one you wish to import by right-clicking on it.
A new interface will load with additional info about your GPG key.
On the next interface you will be able to see your subkeys.
Right click on each one and you should have the menu option Transfer to smartcard.
You will need to do this to each subkey in your list one by one.
After all keys are transferred to your Yubikey, unplug it from your device, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in.
Once loaded, select the Smartcards button again at the top right of Kleopatra again and load your Yubikey.
Select the tab OpenPGP.
You should see each of your GPG keys shown in the list.
You can now use your GPG keys to do things like sign Git commits, and encrypt files / messages to people.
Once your Yubikey is being detected, select the Certificates button:
